| On the check out page, you'll review your order, enter you contact information, specify a PST exemption (if applicable), review the total cost of your order, and submit it to the Forest Centre.
You again have the chance to review your order. To remove an item, click on the X on the left side. To modify the quantity of an item, click on the species name, adjust the order quantity selector, and click Submit to update your order. You'll need to click Check Out to return to this page.
Fill out as much of the contact information as you can. Our staff will need to contact you to confirm your order and to arrange payment, so it's important that your phone number is correct.
If you plan to pick the order up in Kemptville, leave the selector as it is. Otherwise, select Please Deliver and fill out the shipping address if it differs from the billing address. The total price given at the bottom of the check out page will be adjusted to account for shipping costs.
If you qualify for PST exemption, fill out this part of the form. We'll require a signed declaration for your exemption, and our staff will arrange this when we contact you if one is not already on file.
The last step is to review the order total and send the order to the FFC. If you plan to pay by credit card, check the box to update the costs and remove the cash-discount.
When you're ready to submit the order, click the Send button. If you've entered an e-mail address, you'll recieve a copy of the order.
