Q: I placed my order and received an e-mail, but it's garbled and I can't make any sense of it. What's happening?
A: The e-mail that's sent to you from the check out page is HTML-formatted. Some e-mail clients don't support HTML-formatted e-mail, including Outlook 98. We're working to provide an option for a plain-text e-mail.
